REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6062
AN ACT CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE OF SULU
SECTION 1. There is hereby created an additional position of municipal judge in the Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu.
Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, appointment to the new position shall be made.
SECTION 2. Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
