Increase in Bed Capacity of Sulu Hospital in Jolo, Sulu
Republic Act No. 5834, enacted on June 21, 1969, increases the bed capacity of the Sulu Hospital in Jolo, Sulu, from fifty to one hundred beds. To facilitate this expansion, the Act authorizes the appropriation of one hundred thousand pesos from the National Treasury. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5834
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SULU HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE OF SULU, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Sulu Hospital in the Municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu, is hereby increased from fifty to one hundred beds.
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act. Such sum as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. aisa dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
