REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5318
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR FOUR ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section, sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Agusan, is further amended to read as follows: cd i
"Agusan, four assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
