Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 10, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. NO. 243479 (Resviv John D. Villar v. Diamond-H Marine Services, Inc., et al.). — The petitioner's motion for an extension of thirty (30) days within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED, counted from the expiration of the reglementary period.
After review, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals (CA) committed reversible error in upholding the dismissal of petitioner Resviv John D. Villar's complaint for total and permanent disability benefits, moral and exemplary damages, and attorney's fees. We find nothing in the factual findings of the CA that merits its review or reversal. WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision dated June 28, 2018 Decision and Resolution dated December 11, 2018 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 153655 are AFFIRMED.
