Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated MARCH 13, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. RTJ-09-2189 [Formerly A.M. OCA IPI No. 08-2837-RTJ] (Victoriano Sy vs. Judge Oscar E. Dinopol, RTC, Branch 24, Koronadal City). — The Court resolved to:
(a) CONSIDER as SERVED the:
(i) Per Curiam Decision of January 18, 2011 addressed to Hon. Oscar E. Dinopol, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 24, Koronadal City, South Cotabato, which Decision was returned unserved with notation on the letter-envelope 'No one to Receive'; and
(ii) Resolution dated March 22, 2011 addressed to Judge Dinopol, c/o The Clerk of Court, RTC, Branch 24, Koronadal City, South Cotabato, which resolution was returned unserved with notation on the letter-envelope 'Party Moved-Left No Address'; and
(b) NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the 1st Indorsement dated March 2, 2012 of Atty. Macapangcat A. Mama, Deputy Chief Public Attorney, referring the requests of Ms. Victoria Cabañal of Koronadal City as Ms. Cabañal is not a party to this case." Del Castillo, J., on leave. Perez, J., no part. (adv99a) DTEScI
