Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 24, 2021 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11589 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5534] (Marlyn P. Salo v. Atty. Herminio "Harry" L. Roque, Jr. and Atty. Romel R. Bagares). — After a careful review of the records of this case, We resolve to adopt the findings of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors and dismiss the administrative case filed by complainant for failure to show that respondents are unfit to practice law and be entrusted with the duties and responsibilities pertaining to the office of an attorney.
WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS the Resolution dated December 15, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 18-5534 and DISMISSES the instant administrative case against Atty. Herminio "Harry" L. Roque, Jr. and Atty. Romel R. Bagares.
