Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated23 February 2022which reads as follows: HTcADC
"A.C. No. 11569 (Atty. Ron P. Salo v. Atty. Herminio "Harry" L. Roque, Jr., Atty. Joel R. Butuyan, and Atty. Romel R. Bagares). — The Court NOTES the letter 1 dated January 19, 2021 of Atty. Randall C. Tabayoyong, Director for Bar Discipline, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Commission on Bar Discipline, transmitting the documents pertaining to this case.
The Court further NOTES the Notice of Resolution 2 dated December 15, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which adopted and approved the Investigating Commissioner's Report 3 recommending the dismissal of the complaint against Atty. Herminio "Harry" L. Roque, Jr., Atty. Joel R. Butuyan, and Atty. Romeo R. Bagares, for lack of merit.
Finding the recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner and the IBP Board of Governors to be fully supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws and jurisprudence, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Herminio "Harry" L. Roque, Jr., Atty. Joel R. Butuyan, and Atty. Romel R. Bagares, for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED."
