Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 19, 2019which reads as follows:

"G.R. No. 243810 (Gina Pascua Rivac v. Top Class Sacks Store and Sherwin Ngu). — The motion for extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari filed by petitioner is GRANTED.

Nonetheless, the Court resolves to DENY the petition and AFFIRM the Decision dated May 28, 2018 and Resolution dated November 28, 2018 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 151216 for failure to show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in denying the petition. The Court of Appeals correctly affirmed the National Labor Relations Commission's ruling that petitioner failed to prove her allegation that respondents dismissed her from work and likewise failed to prove her entitlement to money claims.
