Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedMarch 29, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13162 [Formerly CBD Case No. 11-32871 (Ronna Reyes-Sheih and Christopher P. Reyes v. Atty. Artemio O. Amon). — The Notices of Resolutions 2 dated June 6, 2015 and August 8, 2020 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in CBD Case No. 11-3287 are NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. The Complaint for Disbarment 3 against Atty. Artemio O. Amon is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
