Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated MAY 30, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 09-8-6-SC (Re: Request for Copy of the 2008 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth and Personal Data Sheet or Curriculum Vitae of the Justices of the Supreme Court and Officers and Employees of the Judiciary) and A.M. No. 09-8-07-CA (Re: Request of the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism for the 2008 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth and Personal Data Sheets of the Court of Appeals Justices). — The Court Resolved to APPROVE in principle the release of the full 2011 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth of all judges and justices of the Judiciary, subject to the guidelines to be taken up on June 13, 2012."
