RE: REQUEST FOR COPIES OF THE STATEMENT OF ASSETS, LIABILITIES AND NET WORTH OF THE JUSTICES OF THE COURT OF TAX APPEALS
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedJUNE 23, 2015, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 09-8-6-SC (Re: Request for Copies of the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth and Personal Data Sheet or Curriculum Vitae of the Justices of the Supreme Court and Officers and Employees of the Judiciary); A.M. No. 09-8-07-CA (Re: Request of the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism for the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth and Personal Data Sheets of the Court of Appeals Justices); and A.M. No. 14-4-01-CTA (Re: Request for Copies of the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth of the Justices of the Court of Tax Appeals). — The Court Resolved to
(a) GRANT the request of Diana T. Dungao, 2nd year student, Arellano University School of Law, for a copy of the 2014 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) of the incumbent Supreme Court Justices, subject to payment of the required fees;
(b) GRANT the request of Anne Claire P. Nicholls, News Correspondent, CNN Philippines, G/F Worldwide Corporate Center, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City, for copies of the 2014 SALNs of the incumbent Supreme Court Justices, subject to payment of the required fees;
(c) GRANT the request of Rowena 'Ina' Mendoza Reformina, Senior Reporter, ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, Sgt. Esguerra Ave. corner Mother Ignacia St., Quezon City, for the 2014 SALNs of the incumbent Supreme Court Justices, subject to payment of the required fees;
(d) REMIND Mses. Dungao, Nicholls and Reformina that (i) they must faithfully comply with their Undertaking and Declaration in the Request Form; and (ii) any violation thereof will subject them to the liability imposed under Section 11, Republic Act No. 6713, in addition to any criminal, civil or administrative liability; and
(e) REVISE the Jurat of the SALN/PDS/CV Request Form by deleting Community Tax Certificate as one of the identification documents.
The Court further Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the resolution dated April 14, 2015 addressed to Charmaine P. Lirio, Junior Researcher-Writer, Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism, 3/F Criselda 2 Bldg., 107 Scout de Guia St., Quezon City, which resolution was returned unserved with notation on the letter envelope 'RTS-Moved Out.'"
