Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 28, 2012, which reads as follows: aAHISE
"A.M. No. 12-2-15-MTCC (Re: Query of Branch Clerk of Court Gemma M. Blaquera, MTCC, Branch 2, Bacolod City, Whether Their Branch can Participate in the Raffle of Cases in the MTCC, Bacolod City). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:
(a) NOTE the Letter dated October 25, 2011 of Ms. Gemma M. Blaquera, Branch Clerk of Court III, MTCC, Branch 2, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental;
(b) EXEMPT the MTCC, Branch 2, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental from the application of Section 5, Chapter V of A.M. No. 03-8-92-SC dated January 27, 2004 (Guidelines on the Selection and Appointment of Executive Judges and Defining Their Powers, Prerogatives and Duties) which excludes vacant branches from the raffle of cases; and
(c) DIRECT Executive Judge Napoleon S. Diamante, MTCC, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental to include the MTCC, Branch 2, Bacolod City in the raffle of cases thereat. The cases so raffled to Branch 2 shall be considered as advance credit in favor of the regular presiding judge who will eventually be appointed to the said Branch."
