ALFAR) — The Letter dated 27 September 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Commission on Bar Discipline transmitting the documents pertaining to this case is NOTED.
The Notice of Resolution dated 19 January 2019 of the Board of Governors of the IBP is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated 03 February 2017, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Attys. Alex L. Monteclar, Frederick M. Gementiza, Mark Philip n H. Opada and Roselo M. Alfar is DISMISSED. HTcADC
