NOTICE

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 28, 2012, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 200238(Philippine Savings Bank, et al. vs. Senate Impeachment Court, et al.). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) DENY for lack of merit the Motion for Intervention filed by movant-intervenor Manuel N. Camacho;
(b) EXPUNGE from the records, in view of the above action, the Comment-in-Intervention dated February 21, 2012 filed by Mr. Camacho; and
(c) GRANT the Motion dated February 23, 2012 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General for respondents Senate of the Philippines, sitting as the Senate Impeachment Court, and the Prosecution Panel from the House of Representatives, for an extension of five (5) days from February 23, 2012, or until February 28, 2012, within which to file the required comment or appropriate pleading ad cautelam ex superabundanti."
