"A.C. No. 13143 [Formerly CBD Case No. 16-5167] (Michael Paul Santiago Palma v. Atty. Raymond Gerardo S. Tansip). — The Notice of Resolution No. CBD-2020-07-38 1 dated July 25, 2020 in CBD Case No. 16-5167 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the case in the Report and Recommendation 2 dated July 3, 2018, which the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines likewise adopted and approved. The complaint 3 against Atty. Raymond Gerardo S. Tansip is DISMISSED. CAIHTE
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
