Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 02 March 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13167 [Formerly CBD Case No. 16-5143] (Alexander L. Galutan vs. Atty. Raymond Gerardo S. Tansip). — The Court NOTES the letter dated August 4, 2021 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Commission on Bar Discipline, transmitting the documents pertaining to this case, and the Notice of Resolution dated July 11, 2020 of the IBP Board of Governors, which adopted and approved the Report and Recommendation dated July 3, 2018 of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the complaint against Atty. Raymond Gerardo S. Tansip for lack of merit.
Finding the recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner and the IBP Board of Governors to be fully supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws and jurisprudence, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Raymond Gerardo S. Tansip for lack of merit.
