Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated December 10, 2018, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 241972 (Mary Jane W. Pailago-Ang, or MJWP Ang v. Ombudsman-Mindanao Field Investigation Unit, represented by Roel John M. Ladeza, through the Office of Legal Affairs). — Considering the allegations, issues, and arguments presented in the appellant's supplemental and appellee's briefs, which the latter adopted instead of filing its supplementary brief, the Court resolves to DISMISS the appeal. The appellant failed to sufficiently show any reversible error in the challenged January 30, 2018 Decision, 1 warranting the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The January 30, 2018 Decision and the August 15, 2018 Resolution 2 of the Court of Appeals-Cagayan de Oro City, in CA-G.R. SP No. 07966-MIN are hereby AFFIRMED.
