Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedNovember 24, 2021, which reads as follows: aScITE
"A.C. No. 13075 [formerly CBD Case No. 16-4979] (Bella B. Negrosa vs. Atty. Aleli A. Okit and Atty. Lezelda M. Rañeses). — The Court resolves to NOTE:
(1) the letter dated April 28, 2021 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) transmitting to the Court the documents pertaining to this case; and
(2) the Notice of Resolution dated May 30, 2020 of the IBP Board of Governors, adopting and approving the report and recommendation of the investigating commissioner, and dismissing the case, after finding the recommendation to be fully supported by the evidence on record and the applicable laws.
Finding the recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner and the IBP Board of Governors to be fully supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws and jurisprudence, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Aleli A. Okit and Atty. Lezelda M. Rañeses for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED."
