Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated September 15, 2014 which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-14-3229 [formerly OCA IPI No. 12-3958-P] (Corazon M. Mancenido v. Evangeline R. Mendoza, Court Legal Researcher III, Regional Trial Court, Branch 49, Manila). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Office of the Court Administrator in its Memorandum 1 dated March 14, 2014 with MODIFICATION as to the recommended penalty. Accordingly, the Court finds respondent Evangeline R. Mendoza GUILTY of Simple Dishonesty and is meted with the penalty of SUSPENSION for a period of two (2) months with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar offense will be penalized more severely.
