Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 24, 2019which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 9924 [Formerly CBD Case No. 14-4239] (Agnes P. Magisa v. Atty. Luis Del Mundo, Jr.). — Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the report and recommendations, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation finding Atty. Luis Del Mundo, Jr. GUILTY of violating Canon 1 and Rule 7.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility such that respondent is meted the penalty of SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW for a period of ONE (1) MONTH with a STERN WARNING that commission of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely.
