Asuncion). — The Notice of Resolution No. XXII-2016-389 dated August 26, 2016 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is hereby NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, as approved and modified by the IBP-Board of Governors with respect to the ground for dismissal of the case, are supported by evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to dismiss the case against Attys. Rodolfo P. De Guzman, Jr., Mylene M. Cristobal, Precioso R. Perlas, and Miguel S. Asuncion. CHTAIc
