Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedOctober 15, 2018, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11966 (Formerly CBD Case No. 12-3676)(Linkworld Construction and Development Corporation, as represented by Wee Tee Lato v. Atty. Jorge C. Sacdalan). — For resolution is a Complaint for Disbarment filed by Linkworld Construction and Development Corporation, as represented by Wee Tee Lato, against respondent Atty. Jorge C. Sacdalan, for violations of the Lawyer's Oath and the Code of Professional Responsibility, namely, Rules 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03, in relation to Canon 1; Rule 7.03, in relation to Canon 7; Rule 10.1, in relation to Canon 10; Rules 12.02 and 12.04, in relation to Canon 12; and Rule 19.01, in relation to Canon 19.
In his Report and Recommendation dated April 26, 2014, Investigating Commissioner Atty. Romualdo A. Din, Jr. of the Commission on Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP-CBD) recommended the dismissal of the complaint due to lack of evidence. In Resolution No. XXI-2014-802 dated October 11, 2014, the Board of Governors of the IBP adopted and approved said Report and Recommendation of the IBP-CBD Commissioner.
Finding the recommendation of the IBP to be fully supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the case against Atty. Jorge C. Sacdalan, and consider the same as CLOSED and TERMINATED.
