NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 3, 2021which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 193156 (IVQ Land Holdings, Inc., Petitioner, v. Reuben Barbosa, Respondent.) — The Court resolves to:
(1) DENY with FINALITY petitioner's third Motion for Reconsideration 1 dated 03 December 2018 for being a prohibited pleading. In any case, the issues raised have already been passed upon in the Court's previous resolutions. The motion raises no substantial arguments that would lead the Court to a different conclusion.
(2) NOTE the letter 2 dated 24 January 2020 of Leonida Genove Barbosa, wife of herein respondent, sent through the Judiciary Public Assistance Section Help Desk, appealing for the immediate issuance of an Entry of Judgment in the case.
(3) WARN petitioner IVQ Land Holdings, Inc. that no further pleadings, motions, letters or other communications will be entertained in this case. A violation hereof shall be dealt with more severely.
Let an ENTRY of judgment in this case be issued immediately.
