NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JULY 22, 2014, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-7-1-SC (Re: Decisions/Resolutions for Uploading to SC Website)
RESOLUTION
On 24 July 2012, this Court issued a Resolution holding in abeyance the uploading of unsigned extended resolutions and unsigned resolutions with opinions to the Supreme Court Website. Considering that Rule 14 of the Internal Rules of the Supreme Court provides for the electronic dissemination of decisions and resolutions to the Supreme Court Website, the Court resolved that the following resolutions be uploaded to the Supreme Court Website:
(a) Unsigned Extended Resolution which disposes a case after the filing of the comment; and
(b) Unsigned Resolution, whether Extended or Minute, with separate, concurring, or dissenting opinions." Velasco, Jr., J., on official leave. Mendoza, J., on leave. (adv50)
