NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated NOVEMBER 15, 2016, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 16-06-14-SC (Re: People vs. Balmes, G.R. No. 203458, Withholding of Identity of Rape Victim and Her Family Members). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to
(a) AMEND the Internal Rules of the Supreme Court to incorporate SC Administrative Circular No. 83-2015 (Protocols and Procedures in the Promulgation and Posting on the Website of Decisions, Final Resolutions and Final Orders Using Fictitious Names) to institutionalize the Protocol; and
(b) CREATE a committee on revision to study the suggested amendments including their implication on the implementation of the E-Court and the planned digitization of the Court.
The Court further Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated September 27, 2016 filed by Atty. Edna B. Camba, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief, Office of the Reporter, in compliance with the resolution dated August 16, 2016." Sereno, C.J., on leave. Velasco, Jr., J., on official leave. (adv10) cSaATC
