Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated November 24, 2021, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13061 [formerly UE Case No. 19-419] (Ma. Victoria Gonzales-Santos v. Atty. Antonio A. Navarro). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution dated January 26, 2020 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which adopted and approved the Report and Recommendation dated September 23, 2019 of the Deputy Director for Bar Discipline to dismiss the complaint against Atty. Antonio A. Navarro for lack of merit.
Finding the recommendation of the IBP Deputy Director for Bar Discipline and the IBP Board of Governors to be fully supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws and jurisprudence, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Antonio A. Navarro for lack of merit.
