After review, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals (CA) committed reversible error in upholding respondent Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation's denial of Claim No. 3829 filed by petitioner. The findings of respondent and the CA are in accordance with the law and jurisprudence. HTcADC
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision dated May 18, 2018 and Resolution dated January 8, 2019 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 137220 are AFFIRMED.
