Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated August 28, 2013, which reads as follows:
"(G.R. No. 207853 (Clark Development Corporation vs. Association of CDC Supervisory Personnel Union). — The Court resolves to:
(1) GRANT petitioner's motion for an extension of thirty (30) days within which to file a petition for review on certiorari, counted from the expiration of the reglementary period; and
(2) REQUIRE Atty. Kate Uy Rebadulla of the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, counsel for petitioner, to SUBMIT to the Court, within five (5) days from notice, her updated Mandatory Continuing Legal Education certificate of compliance or certification of exemption number, as may be applicable, pursuant to Bar Matter No. 1922 (En Banc Resolution dated June 3, 2008). After deliberating on the petition for review on certiorari with application for a temporary restraining order and/or writ of preliminary injunction assailing the Decision dated April 8, 2013 and Resolution dated June 17, 2013 of the Court of Appeals (CA), Manila, in CA-G.R. SP No. 127560, the Court, without necessarily giving due course thereto, further resolves to require respondent to COMMENT thereon (not to file a motion to dismiss) within ten (10) days from notice, and to ISSUE A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from the Court, enjoining the enforcement of the November 5, 2012 Decision of Accredited Voluntary Arbitrator Froilan M. Bacungan of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board of the Department of Labor and Employment, Regional Office No. III, which the CA affirmed in its April 8, 2013 assailed Decision."
