Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated February 10, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12654 (MA. ELVIRA S. CASTILLO, Complainant, v. ATTY. LEONCIO L. ALANGDEO, Respondent). — The Letter dated 27 September 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Commission on Bar Discipline (CBD) transmitting the documents pertaining to this case is NOTED.
WHEREFORE, the Notice of Resolution dated 06 December 2018 of the Board of Governors of the IBP pertaining to CBD Case No. 15-4601 entitled, Ma. Elvira S. Castillo vs. Atty. Leoncio L. Alangdeo, is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated 16 January 2018, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Leoncio L. Alangdeo is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
