SECOND DIVISION
[G.R. No. 231476. April 10, 2019.]
LORETO C. CASTILLO, petitioner, vs.EVELYN CHEESMAN CASTILLO AND ASHLY C. CASTILLO, respondents.
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated10 April 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 231476 — Loreto C. Castillo versus Evelyn Cheesman Castillo and Ashly C. Castillo
After reviewing the instant Petition and its annexes, inclusive of the Court of Appeals (CA) Decision 1 dated December 14, 2016 and Resolution 2 dated April 25, 2017 in CA-G.R. CV No. 106570, the Court resolves to DENY the instant Petition for failure of petitioner Loreto C. Castillo (petitioner) to sufficiently show that the CA committed any reversible error that warrants the exercise of the Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction.
After a careful review of the records of the instant case, the Court finds that petitioner clearly failed to present any cogent and meritorious argument supporting his claim that there is supposedly an insufficiency of evidence proving that a trust relationship existed between the parties and that prescription has already set in in the instant case.
SO ORDERED. (PERLAS-BERNABE, J., on leave)"
Very truly yours,
MARIA LOURDES C. PERFECTODivision Clerk of Court
