NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated10 June 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 243676 — BANCO DE ORO UNIBANK, INC., petitioner, versus DEMETRIO J. VINSON, III, respondent.
After reviewing the Petition and its annexes, inclusive of the Decision 1 dated May 17, 2018, and Resolution 2 dated December 13, 2018 of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. CEB SP No. 09495, the Court resolves to DENY the Petition for failure of the petitioner to sufficiently show that the CA committed any reversible error in the assailed Decision and Resolution as to warrant the exercise of this Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction. HTcADC
The Court finds that the petitioner failed to show any cogent reason that the Decisions of Branch 42, Regional Trial Court, Bacolod City (RTC), and the CA, which have passed upon the same issue, should be reversed. The petitioner failed to show that the factual findings of the RTC and the CA are not supported by evidence or that their decisions are contrary to applicable law and jurisprudence. There being no reversible error on the part of the CA, the Petition is hereby denied.
SO ORDERED. (REYES, J., Jr., J., on leave)"
Very truly yours,
