Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated27 July 2020which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 9843 (Socorro A. Avelino v. ACPs Blas Antonio M. Tuliao, Pedro M. Oribe and Randy M. Esteban). — The Notice of Resolution in CBD Case No. 14-4350 dated April 19, 2017 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are duly supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and APPROVES the recommendation to dismiss the Complaint.
ACCORDINGLY, the complaint against respondents Blas Antonio M. Tuliao, Pedro M. Oribe and Randy M. Esteban is DISMISSED.
The Court further resolves to DECLARE this case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
