G.R. No. 199200(Jose Astillero v. Global Business Support Services, Inc./Atty. Virgil Prieto).
RESOLUTION
The Court hereby resolves to DENY the petition. While this Court may indeed review questions of fact in certain cases, the Court of Appeals (CA) committed no reversible error in agreeing with the factual findings of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC). The decisions and findings of the CA and the NLRC, that there had been no diminution in petitioner's pay, are supported by substantial evidence. The petitioner, on the other hand, failed to prove that his transfer would have resulted in a diminution of his daily wages.
