Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated September 21, 2022 which reads as follows:

MERCADO, Presiding Judge, Branch 46, Regional Trial Court, Tacloban City, Leyte, in her capacity as Acting Presiding Judge, Branch 34, Regional Trial Court, Tacloban City, Leyte; and HON. LEONITO S. SABANDAL, Presiding Judge, Branch 9, Regional Trial Court, Tacloban City, Leyte, respondents). — The Court NOTES the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated March 9, 2022 of the Judicial Integrity Board (JIB). It further ADOPTS and APPROVES the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the JIB in the said attached Report and Recommendation. The complaint against Hon. Lolita R. Mercado, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 46, Tacloban City, Leyte and Hon. Leonito S. Sabandal, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 9, Tacloban City, Leyte is DISMISSED for utter lack of merit.
