Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedFebruary 24, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12656 (OSCAR D. ARIAS, complainant v. ATTY. PAULINE T. NUEGA, respondent). — The February 16, 2019 Notice of Resolution 1 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 17-5419 is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated January 14, 2019. TIADCc
Respondent Atty. Pauline T. Nuega is STERNLY WARNED to be more circumspect of her duties as a lawyer and an officer of the court. Any repetition of the same or similar acts in the future shall be dealt with more severely.
