Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 4, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13274 [Formerly CBD Case No. 16-4958] (Arsenio P. Alilam, Violy S. Sanchez, Pilar L. Mendoza, and Eddie V. Santos, complainants v. Atty. Pete S. Principe, respondent). — The attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated June 26, 2019 and the Notices of Resolution 2 dated May 8, 2021 and December 14, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) are NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the IBP in the said attached Notices of Resolution dated May 8, 2021 and December 14, 2019. The complaint against Atty. Pete S. Principe is DISMISSED for utter lack of merit.
