Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated January 23, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12366 [Formerly CBD Case No. 14-4399] (Atty. Firdausi I.Y. Abbas v. Atty. Alfred T. Jamora). — The Notice of Resolution 1 dated December 8, 2017 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is hereby NOTED. Considering that the findings of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation, 2 as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to dismiss the case against respondent for lack of merit.
No motion for reconsideration or petition for review was filed with the Court.
WHEREFORE, the Court further resolves to declare the case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
