ACT NO. 3530
AN ACT TO CREATE AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF UNDERSECRETARY OF COMMERCE AND COMMUNICATIONS, AND TO APPROPRIATE THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF HIS SALARY FOR THE MONTHS FROM AUGUST TO DECEMBER, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-NINE
SECTION 1. The position of an additional Undersecretary of Commerce and Communications, with a salary of eight thousand five hundred pesos per annum, is hereby created, and for this purpose the sum of three thousand five hundred and forty pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the salary of said Undersecretary of Commerce and Communications for the period from August first to December thirty-first of the current year, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
