Turn Over of Records, etc. Relative to the Function of the Special Task Force Created Under E.O. No. 156 (s. 1999)

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 108
DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF FINANCE TO TURN OVER RECORDS, DOCUMENTS AND OTHER EVIDENCE RELATIVE TO THE FUNCTION OF THE SPECIAL TASK FORCE CREATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 156 DATED OCTOBER 7, 1999
In view of the expiration of the term of the Special Task Force Against Irregularities Committed by Attached Agencies Under or Attached to the Department of Finance created under Executive Order No. 156 (October 7, 1999), as amended, the Secretary of Finance is hereby directed:
1. To turn over to the Office of the Special Prosecutor, Office of the Ombudsman, for appropriate action, records, documents and other evidence pertaining to the function of the Special Task Force. EaIcAS
2. To submit a report to the Office of the President on the compliance of
this directive within thirty (30) days from the issuance of this Order.
