PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 108

TRANSFERRING BARRIO PATIN-AY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF PROSPERIDAD, SAME PROVINCE

WHEREAS, there was pending before Congress H.B. No. 2460 seeking to transfer the barrio of Patin-ay in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Agusan del Sur, to the Municipality of Prosperidad preparatory to its conversion as the capital site of the province of Agusan del Sur; and casia

WHEREAS, public interest requires the early enactment of the bill into law to effect much-needed expansion of the capitol site;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081 dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1 dated September 22, 1972, do hereby adopt and make as part of the law of the land H. No. 2460 transferring to, and making a part of the Municipality of San Francisco, province of Agusan del Sur. acd
