BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 327
AN ACT TRANSFERRING BARANGAYS BOKIAWAN, NANGGULUNAN, HAPAO AND LOBOONG IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TINOC, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF HUNGDUAN, SAME PROVINCE
SECTION 1. The barangays of Bokiawan, Nanggulunan, Hapao and Loboong all in the Municipality of Tinoc, Province of Ifugao, are hereby transferred to the Municipality of Hungduan, same province.
SECTION 2. The Commission on Elections shall conduct and supervise the holding of the plebiscite in the areas affected within ninety days from the approval of this Act, the expenses of which shall be charged to local funds.
SECTION 3. All acts or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. asia dc
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
