Time Extension for Completion of Revised Assessments of Real Estate in La Union for 1904

ACT NO. 1272

AN ACT EXTENDING THE TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE REVISION OF ASSESSMENTS OF REAL ESTATE, FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF CHANGES MADE IN THE ASSESSMENTS, AND FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE LAND TAX, WITHOUT PENALTY, FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FOUR, IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

SECTION 1. The time for the completion of the revision of the assessments of real estate in the Province of La Union is hereby extended until November fifteenth, nineteen hundred and four; the time for the certification by the board of revision of changes made in the assessments is hereby extended until November thirtieth, nineteen hundred and four; and the time for the payment, without penalty, of the land tax for the year nineteen hundred and four in said province is hereby extended until December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and four, anything in Act Numbered Twelve hundred and twenty-nine or previous Acts to the contrary notwithstanding.

SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect as of October fifteenth, nineteen hundred and four. cdta
