HLURB Administrative Order No. 02-2019 outlines the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for Republic Act No. 11201, known as the "Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Act." This IRR was approved on July 19, 2019, and published in the Manila Bulletin and Manila Standard on July 31, 2019. It became effective fifteen days after publication, on August 15, 2019.
