Attached herewith is a copy of The Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11201, Otherwise Known as the "Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Act, approved on 19 July 2019. HTcADC
The said IRR was published in the Manila Bulletin and Manila Standard on 31 July 2019, and in accordance with the pertinent provisions of law, will take effect fifteen (15) days from its date of publication, on 15 August 2019.
