Tataya National High School in Barangay Ilian, Balabagan, Lanao del Sur

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8580
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ILIAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BALABAGAN, 2ND DISTRICT, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TATAYA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school to be located in Barangay Ilian in the Municipality of Balabagan, 2nd District, Province of Lanao del Sur, to be known as Tataya National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the budget of the Regional Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the Autonomous Regional Government in Muslim Mindanao in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
