Suspension of LOI No. 1178 (s. 1981) Re: Importation of Newsprint
Letter of Instructions No. 1196, issued on February 10, 1982, suspends the previously established Letter of Instructions No. 1178. This directive is directed to the Educational Development Projects Implementing Task Force (EDPITAF), the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), and the Office of Budget and Management.
