LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 833

In order to attain the purposes and objectives of the Government as envisioned in Proclamation Nos. 1636 and 1637, you are hereby directed to suspend:
1) The registration of mining claims covering areas described in and embraced by the above-mentioned Proclamations; aisa dc
2) The processing of all applications for mining rights filed pursuant to Presidential Decree Nos. 412 and 463 and the sand and gravel regulations within the aforesaid areas;
3) Receiving/accepting applications for Quarry Permit/License, applications for guano permits, and applications for Industrial, Commercial, Foreshore and Gratuitous Permits; and cd i
4) Mining and other allied/related activities quarry operations as well as sand and gravel operations within the areas above-mentioned unless cleared by the Ministry of Human Settlements upon consultation with the Bureau of Mines. casia
