The Governance in Justice Programme, Phase II (GOJUST II), in coordination with the Supreme Court, through the Committee on Virtual Hearings and Electronic Testimony, is undertaking a survey that shall form part of the "Assessment of Court Remote Hearings/Videoconferencing Hearings (VCH) in the Philippines," an ongoing study which aims to review, assess, and evaluate the legal framework and implementation of VCH. Accordingly, all lower court judges are hereby DIRECTED to accomplish the said survey on or before 13 April 2023, through this link: https://forms.office.com/r/hhL1myT9Hp.
All concerned are strictly enjoined to comply.
