ACT NO. 4031
AN ACT TO ENCOURAGE AND FACILITATE THE SURVEY AND SUBDIVISION OF PUBLIC LANDS IN THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS AND APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES THEREOF
SECTION 1. In order to encourage and facilitate the survey and subdivision of public land in the Philippine Islands, the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated. This sum shall constitute a special fund which shall be available for disbursement by the Director of Lands, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources for the payment of the Salaries, wages, and traveling expenses of the necessary personnel, purchase of the necessary apparatus, equipment and material, and other expenses in connection with the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
