PROCLAMATION NO. 140-A
SUPPLEMENTING PROCLAMATION NO. 140 DATED AUGUST 14, 1987 PROCLAIMING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN AREAS IN THE COUNTRY WHICH WERE AFFECTED BY TYPHOON "HERMING"
I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the inclusion of Mindoro Oriental and Mindoro Occidental in the areas in Region 4 where a state of public calamity exist.
This Proclamation shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 17th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Seven.
