LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 620

TO	:	All Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Offices, Agencies, and Instrumentalities of the National Government, Including Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations
		All Concerned

Effective immediately, all contracts of national government offices, agencies, and instrumentalities, including government-owned or controlled corporations, involving two million pesos (P2,000,000.00) and above, awarded through public bidding or by negotiation, shall be subject to the approval of the President of the Philippines.

Any such contracts entered into without the approval required herein shall be null and void and of no force and effect.

All orders, rules and regulations inconsistent with this instructions are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
